| Ribs, brisket, pork, chicken and even salmon are slowly cooked in the drum-shaped smokers. The smoke permeates both the meat and the sauce, which is almost an afterthought given the flavorful meat. Sides include mac ‘n’ cheese, pork-laced green beans, slaw, and potato salad. We also recommend the bean soup and cornbread. Not surprisingly, there’s a large selection of bottled, and even a few draught, beers. The F.A.B.D., as its fans call it, also offers ping pong tables and miniature golf crammed into the fenced area behind the store. |
