The décor of this colorful buffet is reminiscent of a New Orleans patio with beautiful murals, flowers and trees. "Action" stations feature international cooking, enhanced by bountiful soup-and-salad and dessert bars. There are Italian pastas and pizzas; Mongolian vegetables cooked to-order with chicken or beef; American Philly cheesesteak sandwiches and carved-to-order roast beef; barbecue sausages, pork and beef ribs; and sweet potatoes. Among seafood choices are grilled tuna, halibut and peel ‘n’ eat shrimp. The Mexican station features chimichangas, quesadillas, pork tamales and Spanish rice. Almond chicken, Singapore noodles and fried rice are favorites at the Chinese station.
