Fuji Restaurant Review: Most of the diners here come for a simple plate of sushi or sashimi, but there's also an array of satisfying rolls named after local icons, like the Orlando roll prepared with tempura shrimp, avocado and cucumber, and the Rollins roll with crab, avocado, cucumber, onion, tempura batter and eel sauce. Whatever you choose, the fish is always fresh. Fuji also serves cooked dishes including variations on teriyaki and tempura. Service is prompt and professional, the saké is warm and the beer is ice cold. |
