Gallagher's Steak House Restaurant Review: Gallagher’s décor captures a bit of its New York City parent with dark wood and intriguing old-time celebrity pictures, but none of its panache. The menus are the same but the kitchens, it’s a shame, are not twins. More care needs to be taken to see that the high-priced, high-quality steaks are cooked properly. Nothing less will justify the expensive tab. The wine list is notable and geared to steakhouse fare, while the wine service could use some polish. Desserts are largely uninspiring with the possible exception of the caramel cheesecake.
