| Galley is the fast-food arm of Fish King, one of Southern California's most acclaimed fish markets, fastidiously run by the same accommodating family for nearly half a century. Some of the best restaurants in town receive their fish from this market, and the selection is eye-popping. Galley offers deep-fried or charbroiled salmon, trout and swordfish, teriyaki salmon, fried oysters or scallops, crab salad, a killer lobster bisque, a better spicy tuna roll than nearly any sushi bar in town can make, and much more---all for a song.
