Garden Buffet Restaurant Review: Red and orange booths, trees and flowers contribute to the cheerful ambience of this buffet on the resort’s second level near its movie theater complex. Traditional salad bar choices and the soups of the day are worthy starters, followed by gumbo, mussels and salmon with dill sauce at the seafood station. We also like the hot-and-sour soup and chicken with straw mushrooms at the Asian booth, and the Italian wedding soup, chicken Marsala and garlic bread at the Italian display. The carving station’s baby-back ribs, short ribs and sliced-to-order prime rib and turkey are favorites, as are the Mexican booth’s specialties. Blueberry and apple cobblers are among appealing desserts. Breakfast $8.95, Lunch $10.95, Dinner Tues.-Thurs. & Sun. $16.95, Mon. steak $18.95, Fri. seafood $22.95, Brunch $16.95 (children under 3 free, 3-6 half price).
