THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Gaucho's Grill II Restaurant Review:

This second location of a churrascaria replicates the services of the first (including the bakery) but in circumstances that are larger and far more refined than the original. The menu is also the same, with the good Russian salad and an appetizer of crisp crust empanadas. Enthusiasts of this culinary tradition will find grilled sweetbreads served in a portion that is easily enough for two or three as an appetizer. Other classics include matambre, the rolled and braised flank steak dish that's signature to Argentina, and vittel tonne, a preparation that reveals the country’s largely Italian heritage (but one that sadly often is not available). This outfit is less expensive than many of its genre, but the quality of the meats, while good, isn't quite at the level of its pricier competitors. Still, the asado de tira is respectable, the sirloin steak comes as ordered, the chimichurri sauce is correct, and the desserts showcase that same addiction to substantial sweetness that is a hallmark of the Latino dessert palate. Good coffee is a draw, but no decaf is served. The wine list is quite lacking at this time, but we're assured improvements are on the way.
