| The menu mixes things up at this sleek café on a street brimming with bars and restaurants. When the weather is fine, customers vie for a seat on the sidewalk and patio, Old City's largest outdoor dining space. Chef Adrian Jeronimo's specialties include the chipotle-scented grilled Caesar, a tender filet infused with the essence of wild mushrooms, and traditional paella spiked with calamari, mussels, clams and chorizo. Or graze from a menu of tapas-style small plates that trot the globe between Mediterranean, Latin, Italian and Thai cuisines. The grilled octopus is a treat as are the Cuban sliders. An inventive cocktail menu entices---there are even classes in mixology at the bar once a month. For larger parties, an expanded bar area and private room in the back offer fun options. |
