Goats on the Roof Restaurant Review:

This wacky store draws visitors to its rooftop goats, but anyone pursuing good ice cream or fudge will want to schedule a stop at its "Big Billy's Café." All ice creams (but not the sorbet) are made on site. We recommend the "Heath," created with the noble Heath Bar in mind. Other fine flavors include cookie dough, which has real cookie dough incorporated within. Meanwhile, the fudge varieties engender respect with a chocolate and almond number and those incorporating pecans. Hot dogs and Amish meats and cheeses for sandwiches complete the dining picture. In cold weather, gather around the fire pit to make "S'Mores."
