Don't be daunted by the long lines, for this is one place that really knows how to move 'em in, serve 'em up and move 'em out. Rich, smoky barbecue sauce embraces tender beef brisket but there are plenty of other choices including lean pork ribs, chicken and honey-smoked ham. The Austin baked beans, smoky and sweetened with big chunks of tender apples, are not to be missed; ditto the jalapeño cheese bread and the legendary pecan pie. |
