Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant Restaurant Review: Of all the restaurants in the Aloha Tower Marketplace, the clear winner is Gordon Biersch. It’s on the water, with a sweeping harbor view. It has the best beer in town, brewed in an automated stainless steel brewery on the premises. After a flirtation with Honolulu’s multicultural tastes, the food has become more traditionally brewpub. You will find grilled hanger steak with garlic mashed potatoes and beer mustard gravy and roasted double-cut pork chop with Gorgonzola gravy. baby-back ribs with marzen barbecue sauce. You can still get udon with steamed clams and peppered ahi, so the view of Honolulu Harbor does not seem totally out of place. A good place to have a good time, even if you confine yourself to Caesar salad and pizza, both good here. Gordon Biersch has two bars and nearly 400 seats. Considering that, the service is attentive. |
