Gotham Steak Restaurant Review

: Gotham Steak brings the cooking of chef Alfred Portale (Gotham Bar & Grill in New York) to the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. In addition to steaks like the eight-ounce Prime filet mignon and 50-day dry-aged Niman strip steak, the menu also encompasses such appetizers as wild mushroom risotto and seafood dishes ranging from Scottish salmon to whole Maine lobster. The restaurant features a glass-enclosed wine tower and an exhibition kitchen.
