Granada Bistro Restaurant Review

: Exposed brick, tin ceilings and industrial chic fixtures create the circa 1920s vibe at this intimate downtown bistro. From-scratch, seasonal and local are the buzzwords for the cuisine, so --- not surprisingly --- the inventive menu changes frequently. Dishes have included a house-smoked salmon salad with breakfast radishes and English cucumber, a roasted Berkshire pork loin sandwich served with hand-cut fries, and paella with house-made chorizo and five types of seafood. Desserts typically feature chocolate, like a pot de crème, and seasonal fruit, such as an apple galette. Wine and bottled beer are available, and be sure to check out the farm-to-glass cocktails that echo the bistro’s aims of seasonality and creativity. In addition to indoor seating, there’s a cozy outdoor patio out front with a metal tree sculpture and fire pit.
