Green Mill Restaurant Review: We frequent Green Mill for its stuffed calzone, deep-dish, thin crust and pescara-style (a medium crust spiced with herbs) pizza. We're also fond of specialty pizzas like the il primo, which comes loaded with spicy Italian sausage, pepperoni, roasted mushrooms and four cheeses. Avoid the overly fried appetizers like the mozzarella sticks, fries, onion rings and chicken wings, and be cautious when ordering from the grill. Remember, you’re here for the pizza. The bar scene is busy but separate, so the place is family-friendly too.
