Greencork Restaurant Review: Greencork’s state-of-the-art wine dispensers, separated by color and flavor, line each wall (this is a first for Memphis). Patrons can put any amount of money on a pre-paid card; insert that card into a machine; select a two-, four- or six-ounce pour; and have their glass filled without requiring assistance from a server. But waitstaff are on hand to take orders for contemporary Southern cuisine from the kitchen. Entrées range from buttermilk battered and fried pork ribs to truffle and goat cheese latkes to shrimp piccata ravioli. Greencork's picnic basket --- a selection of premium meats, cheeses, seasonal fruits and vegetables, fresh bread and house-made condiments --- is perfect for sharing with a friend or a date. There's also cheesecake, fried pound cake and chocolate biscuits with hot fudge gravy for dessert.
