The Greenhouse Restaurant Review

: At The Greenhouse at The Cellars-Hohenort, chef Peter Tempelhoff creates seasonal menus based on produce from the Constantia Valley. Dishes like Wagyu beef tartare with puffed tendon, dill aïoli, black fungus gel and cucumber exemplify his modernist take on cuisine. Guests choose between the five-course set menu or eight-course African Origins menu. Vegetarian versions of these menus are also available.
