 Patina Group alum and dedicated healthy eater Jonathan Rollo opened this attractive quick-service restaurant that encourages good health for both the body and the planet. And while the local organic ingredients can be tossed into fat-free, gluten-free and preservative-free salads, Greenleaf is not just for the health nut. Sure, some salads are given names like Antioxidant Orchard, but a flatiron steak salad and another one inspired by Buffalo chicken wings make things interesting. Even better is the opportunity to design your own salad from an incredible number of ingredients and dressings. Hang out on the patio or watch your salad being tossed to-order from a counter with a view of the kitchen, then enjoy it with a glass of Viognier or a hand-crafted ale. The menu also offers sandwiches and a couple of entrées.
