 Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop in Century City, which branched out from the Beverly Hills original, is a salad-centric, quick-serve eatery that's also eco-friendly. Dishes include the Antioxidant Orchard salad (grapes, celery, agave-roasted walnuts, dried cranberries, crumbled blue cheese, mint, red onion, cucumbers and seasonal berries with housemade pomegranate-whole grain mustard vinaigrette), wild mushroom and truffle pizza and a turkey burger.
