| This original spot is the brainchild of James Haggard, who calls himself an "organic entrepreneur." His walk-up taco shop offers thoughtfully made food with all-natural and organic products. Fresh-from-the-ground vegetables come from nearby Coral Tree Farm in Encinitas, the natural tortillas are handmade, and the meats sustainable. Enjoy carne asadas and grilled fish tacos, veggies burritos and quesadillas. The colorful garden setting is a nod to Haggard's reverence for all things Wes Anderson, with photos and props from his films. Gumby figures also hide in the garden, where organic tomatoes grow. |
