THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED The Harbor House Restaurant Review:
Ordering from the encyclopedic menu of seafood, beef, chicken, pork, pasta and even Mexican dishes can be a daunting task at this something-for-everyone restaurant, but you'll soon discover your favorite. We're partial to the fried catfish, which is some of the best in the city. Every dish arrives with a side of hush puppies, a recipe that traces back to chef Grant Bailey's time at Der Dutchman restaurant. When we don't feel like fish, we go for the chicken-fried steak or an eight-ounce filet mignon served with Texas toast. We also like the coconut shrimp, topped with a dollop of flavorful coconut-pineapple sauce.
