While reservations aren't recommended, the time-pressed can take advantage of call-ahead seating. This regional outlet of the regional chain features a mahogany entryway imported from the 19th century Westminster Bank of London. The wood-fired pizzas, huge salads and sandwiches are reliable choices but the sesame-crusted ahi or the Black Angus strip are worth a go. Harper's has an arrangement with the Morgan Hotel (it's right behind the restaurant) to provide room service to guests.
