The Farm2Table section of the menu indicates the restaurant’s focus on serving the best natural, organic produce; each side dish reveals the farm where the produce was raised. Plus, the lengthy list of offerings takes you on a tour of some haute fare---think beef Wellington as a starter, braised Moroccan free-range chicken as an entrée, and a Virginia Kobe beef hamburger as a light meal. We adore the food, especially the classic Caesar to start and the overstuffed shrimp and crab roll as a luncheon entrée. And the very large wedge of cheesecake for dessert is quite memorable. The only snag? The somewhat inexperienced waitstaff.
