Harvest Restaurant Review: Harvest brings farm fresh dishes to the satellite community of Oro Valley, located just north of the city. The menu dispenses internationally influenced "Openers," as they’re called here, including Greek tacos, where grass-fed ground lamb is stuffed into pita bread, smeared with tzatziki sauce and sprinkled with feta cheese. Burgers include a Thai chicken version topped with peanut ginger slaw textured with the crunch of bean threads. Italy chimes in on the entrée section with the unique Neapolitan lasagna, cheesy pasta made with Burgundy and three sauces: marinara, pistachio pesto and roasted garlic Gorgonzola. You’re bound to find a nice wine pairing, too, both at dinner and during the popular Sunday brunch. We vote for the chicken-and-waffles or the jumbo biscuit egg sandwich.
