 Hinterland Restaurant Review: With its creative menu, this is a must-visit for the culinary adventurer. The chefs turn out Asian-influenced plates, like mustard-crusted duck breast, smoked chicken wontons and soy-and-saké-glazed ono. Libations-wise, try the flagship pale ale made on-site by the restaurant’s small artisanal brewery, which also produces seasonals such as maple bock, cherry wheat, saison and Oktoberfest.
