THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Hola! Restaurant Review:
Tiny tapas restaurant set in an early twentieth century building that was originally a gas station. Owner Ildefonso Jimenez was a founder of Café Madrid, Dallas' first tapas restaurant, and knows his way around a small plate. Most of the menu changes weekly, but a few faves like the potato omelet, the intense mushroom soup and the crispy codfish and corn croquettes are almost always available. Be sure to sample some of the sherries on the menu; your server will be glad to offer pairing suggestions.
