Carolina-, Memphis-, Kansas City- , Santa Maria- and Texas-style barbecue includes pork, beef, turkey, chicken and fish options. Among sides are regional favorites like mac and cheese, kettle beans, sweet potatoes, collard greens and cornbread. Brentwood vegan chili, chop-chop salad and a quinoa and farro side are available for the non-meat eaters in the bunch. California wines and beers round out the menu.
