| Telluride’s food-savvy locals are addicted to Honga’s for its fabulous food and rock-bottom prices. Organic free-range meats, freshly flown-in fish and the highest quality produce are the ingredients of this exotic and wholesome menu. And almost all dishes can be made vegetarian. In the front room Tokyo-trained sushi chef Shige Shibuya shows off his art. Potstickers, the tom yam soup, the nigiri assortment platter, gado gado, and banana delight add up to a delicious meal accompanied by hot sake, imported beer and wine and an extensive selection of fine teas to complement the meal. |
