If you think Hot Springs Deli looks like a bank, you're right---the building housed a Wells Fargo. The immense menu of Boar's Head meats and cheeses, Rocky Butte Sausage Co.'s products and flavorful homemade breads come with the instructions BYO (build your own sandwich). There's even a great wine shop within the deli, Ed Sauret's Wine Vault, to assist in choosing a glass with your meal or a bottle to take home.
