Indigo Moon Restaurant Review: This combination café, cheese store and wine bar offers casual elegance and a diverse but focused menu. Among the elevated cheese offerings are the mac ‘n’ cheese with Spanish manchego and the leek tart with Laura Chenel goat cheese. Other favorites are the grilled salmon tacos with chipotle mango salsa, the eggplant sandwich with house-made onion jam, and the wild mushroom risotto topped with curls of shaved Parmesan. Specials might include crab and corn chowder. Desserts are often a seasonal crisp or, of course, cheesecake; alternatively, opt for the cheese plate with fresh fruit. Local labels dominate the wine list, and there’s a good by-the-glass selection. Seating is available in two separate indoor areas or out in the relaxing garden.
