THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Iris Restaurant Review:
You might feel like you've wandered into a party where everybody knows your name when you visit Iris. And with good reason. Owners Susie Priori and Hector Garcia have been feeding this crowd at various haute haunts for years. Iris is like someone's very well-appointed home. Photos of irises dot the tastefully chic cream-colored interior, and there is topnotch service, bartenders who ask if you want gin or vodka in that martini and chef Russell Hodges manning the kitchen. The small but focused seasonal menu changes frequently, though the crowd does demand that certain faves are always there, like the red curry pork chop with raisins and dried cherries, and foie gras on brioche.
