This place is busy in fits and starts, but the food we’ve had always has been delightful. Perhaps the location on busy Lombard is not right for the concept, but Irrawaddy has lasted several years in spite of it. Look for dishes such as daikon soup, smoky eggplant, ginger or tea salad and sea bass steamed in banana leaves. Opt for beer with this cuisine.
