Jamil's Restaurant Review

: Established in 1964 in what was once a house, Jamil's has creaky floor boards that contrast with the crisp white table linens, and the attentive service reminds us of the manners of yesteryear. Signature menu items include appetizers such as hummus, cabbage rolls, tabbouleh salad and smoked bologna and ribs; there's a complimentary assortment to tempt you when you order your entrée. Jamil’s features juicy prime rib at reasonable prices, plus lobster tail and grilled halibut at market prices. If you're looking for a substantial salad instead, the restaurant has christened Fridays "Salad Day," offering all entrée salads at discounted prices. From Angus steaks to chicken strips to surf ‘n’ turf, Jamil's caters to a diverse audience by doing what it does best: a little bit of everything.
