| Established in 1964 in what was once a house, Jamil's has creaky floor boards that contrast with the crisp white table linens, and the attentive service reminds us of the manners of yesteryear. Signature menu items include Lebanese appetizers such as hummus, cabbage rolls, tabbouleh salad and smoked bologna and ribs, and you get an ample assortment to tease your appetite that’s complimentary when ordering an entrée. Jamil’s features juicy prime rib at reasonable prices, plus lobster tail and grilled halibut at market prices. If you are looking for a substantial salad instead, the restaurant has christened Fridays "Salad Day," offering all entrée salads at discounted prices. |
