Jasper's Restaurant Review: Celebrity chef Kent Rathbun’s Jasper's is an ultra-chic after-hours stop for all the top executives in The Woodlands. Start with the jumbo crab cakes or the Maytag blue cheese potato chips served in an artsy metal tri-fold contraption. If you're looking for something unique, we suggest the Texas peach barbecued pork tenderloin paired with bourbon creamed corn and a twice-baked potato; the vegetables are grilled with a hint of hickory flavor. Save room for cherry limeade pie for dessert. There is also a large bar area and a view out onto the courtyard of Market Street, which is packed on weekends when locals come for the white truffle-aged Gouda omelets and mimosas at brunch. Sunday’s family-style suppers offer a three-course meal with choices for everyone.
