 This romantic dining room in the Cornell Hotel de France, decorated with artifacts relating to Joan of Arc, transports you to a charming fifteenth-century hideaway in the French province of Lorraine. The prix-fixe dinner menu features French old-style country cuisine. Begin with a hearty soup du jour, followed by your choice of well-prepared salads; dishes have also include sautéed prawns and scallops, as well as tender filet mignon. Enjoyable desserts include a black currant and passion fruit mousse cake. A well-priced, appropriate California-French wine list is available.
