A coastal state, New Jersey was once dotted with little “fisheries” like Jensen’s Galley, a fishmonger where patrons can also feast on fresh seafood simply prepared and set upon a paper placemat. It’s an elbows-on-the-table kind of place where regulars sit at tables or at the counter. The menu offers heaps of steamers, shore platters and super-size seafood salad sandwiches. It’s still run by the Jensens---the family that started the business 60-plus years ago.
