| We're happy that Miami's legendary Joe's Stone Crab has traveled well to Las Vegas. Joe's stone crabs are just as sweet, his wife Jennie's mashed potatoes blended with Fontina are just as satisfying, and the Key lime pie is just as notable. With an expanded name, Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab is an elegant restaurant with a cheerful patio for lunch and people-watching, and a spacious bar-lounge in between. We like that you can choose the size of your stone crab claws, meant to be peeled like a hard-boiled egg and dipped in the signature mustard sauce. King crab legs are popular as well, with servers shelling the meat for you tableside. Prime steaks include 16-ounce rib-eyes and New York strips. The garlic creamed spinach is a fine accompaniment and the massive wine racks display a notable array of complementary options for the cuisine. |
