The most carnivorous appetites can be satisfied at Kang Suh---even in the middle of the night. Choose from numerous marinated Korean barbecues, including bulgogi and kalbi, which are the classic thinly sliced beef short ribs, and cook them at your own tabletop wood-charcoal grill. Each meal starts with an array of the spicy fermented vegetable condiment kimchi. Other good dishes are yam noodles stir-fried with vegetables and traditional fried seafood pancakes. Soju is a fine accompaniment.
