THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Karizma Restaurant Review:

Karizma has a certain charm that has brought life to the Skokie dining scene. The contemporary American menu sports a wide array of choices. A few favorites include smoked salmon, risotto, roasted chicken, and a grilled pork chop. Stone-baked pizzas have a crust a bit too thin for our taste, but the topping choices (very contemporary) are quite good. The bright and comfortable room comes off in a style best called California modern. The noise level is low, so conversation does not get lost in space. Service can really lag when the place is full. Overall the prices are reasonable. The wine list needs some work.
