| A bar-food round-up---wings, quesadillas, crab dip---is augmented by a roster of sandwiches and entrées, but Kelsey's real claims to fame are its hearty lamb stew served in a carved-out bread boule, its thick slabs of homemade meatloaf over golden mashed potatoes, and its locally grown beef. Good prices, a casual crowd, and a neighborly feel make this an any-day restaurant on the west side of town. Light fare, including steamed shellfish, is available in the bar until closing at 2 a.m. Kelsey’s has a claim to sports-bar fame, too: during Ravens season it runs a bus---complete with beer---to the stadium for fans. |
