| As the name implies, it’s all about the grill at this amiable chef-owned restaurant. Look for staples such as rib-eyes, strip steaks and filet mignon sharing menu space with more adventurous items like the ahi nachos---lightly seared bits of lush red tuna served on a crispy wonton chip and drizzled with a spicy wasabi sauce. Or try the tenderloin crostini, jazzed up with a well-prepared béarnaise sauce. Red chili camarones are wood-grilled jumbo shrimp with avocado, pistachio-crusted goat cheese and tequila lime butter for a Southwestern touch. Side dishes are seriously worth exploring, with items like adult mac 'n' cheese with smoked Gouda and white truffle oil. For a big blowout, go for the grilled whole Maine lobster; no muss, no fuss, just juicy lobster with butter---the only accompaniment a good lobster needs. |
