THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Kiernan's Steak House Restaurant Review:

Kiernan's is for the steak-lover, but not necessarily for the purist. In addition to an unadorned 12- or 16-ounce cut of New York strip or 21-ounce Kansas City porterhouse, you can get steak served in a number of gussied-up ways. A favorite is the European beef tenderloin, topped with crumbled walnuts, blue cheese and Cabernet sauce. Steak Sullivan, on the other hand, consists of a peppercorn-crusted tenderloin with a Kentucky bourbon pan sauce. Prime rib is served all day, every day. If you just want a taste of beef, try the Cajun-scented steak bits as an appetizer, or one of the beefy sandwiches like the Philly steak or the French dip. And if you've been dragged here kicking and screaming, there's potato-encrusted Florida grouper, a respectable vegetarian stir-fry and more salads than the average steakhouse usually serves. The wine list is nicely diverse.
