THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED King Louie's Restaurant Review: Those seeking Louie’s well-above-average contemporary American food include visiting dancers and musicians, local hoi polloi and pre-concert or post-ball game spectators. The bar is lovely, and the outside dining area with its wood grill is plenty inviting. But the truth is, it's mainly about the food---tasty riffs on everything from salade Lyonnaise and brandade to rabbit sauce on pasta and cardamom-laced flan---on a menu that emphasizes the best of local producers. The wine list grows increasingly interesting. This is a good spot for business lunches as well.
