About the restaurant: Kali chef/co-owner Kevin Meehan and wine director/co-owner Drew Langley are creating a new restaurant, Koast, which is also on Melrose Avenue.
Food & Drinks: The seafood-inspired concept might feature such menu items as yellowtail crudo with seaweed, tom kha and cucumber; crispy scallop cake with avocado remoulade, Ritz crumbs and mustard greens; and petit filet mignon with anchovy butter and watercress.
