Kornblatt's Delicatessen Restaurant Review: If you want deli fare that tastes just like what you remember from the Lower East Side of Manhattan, Kornblatt's is the place to go. The menu offers chopped liver, blintzes, kugel, cabbage borscht, tongue, whitefish salad, and other authentic kosher eats, including a pot roast served with latkes. Breakfasts are enormous and inexpensive. Bagels are the boiled and baked variety, although not as high quality as what is served in other spots around town. Corned beef, pastrami or turkey are piled to mountainous heights on corn rye, and the Reuben sandwich is topnotch. A bowl of dill pickles is standard on every table. For libations, order a local microbrew or a celery soda.
