Kruse & Muer on Main Restaurant Review: Some restaurants have that just-right feeling---not too fussy, but not so lax that you couldn't take the boss or your best girl there. This is one of those any-reason places: great for Friday night with friends, ideal for after-work drinks and laughs, and super if you’re looking to avoid long silences on a first date. Adding to the appeal, the space isn’t too big, the setting is friendly and the food is consistent. With all the bustle, it can get noisy, however. Menu offerings include shrimp and artichoke fettuccine, grilled chicken salad, a catch of the day, pizzas and homemade bread. A particularly nice touch is the fact that a free hot drink in winter or cool drink in summer is offered while you wait for a table. Sports fans can watch the game on TVs at the bar and order from the raw seafood bar. There's a carry out menu as well. |
