La Hacienda De Los Fernandez Restaurant Review: While there’s nothing especially unusual about this slightly-elevated Mexican spot, there are enough things to like, starting with the gooey Chihuahua cheese queso fundido with chorizo, vegetables and pico de gallo. Moist rotisserie chicken also is a draw, and we like the version smothered in smoky mole. The menu is huge, and you'll find lots of seafood, so order things like whole red snapper in Veracruzana sauce with wild abandon. Also, find enchiladas several ways, heartwarming stews and --- for the indecisive --- combination plates brimming with greatest hits. For dessert, it’s tres leches all the way.
