And the frescoes, wood paneling, stained-glass windows, and polished furniture gracing the restaurant's interior--coupled with Guy-Pierre Baumann's fine repertoire of choucroutes, Alsatian specialties, and more contemporary fare--make for a truly impressive dining experience. Wonderful selection of Alsatian wines.
