Labussola Restaurant Restaurant Review: Labussola has offered a northern Italian menu with southern touches to a cosmopolitan crowd for more than 25 years. For an appetizer, go for the baked bocconcini with prosciutto and marinara sauce or Tuscan shrimp with cannellini beans and tomatoes. Mains include classic pasta dishes and chicken, veal, steak and pork prepared in a variety of styles. Try the Venetian calf’s liver with onion and balsamic or the house special of homemade sweet pork sausage and peppers. The wine list presents labels from California, Italy and Chile. Tables are crisply clothed and gently illuminated by candles. Don't let the linen deter you from bringing the kids. They are welcome and highchairs are provided.
