With 75-100 varieties of cheese here---all aged on the premises---you’re sure to find fresh mozzarella, well-aged Gouda, or sharp cheddar. Custom-prepared trays are available for catering and at lunchtime there are plenty of salad, sandwich and pasta options. If you don’t come with an appetite, we suggest lingering over a cappuccino until it arrives---then grab something to go. Bring your cash; no credit cards accepted. |
