THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES Lamberti's Cucina Restaurant Review: THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES TO POSITANO COAST. At the original location and springboard for his other cucinas, Aldo Lamberti has been pleasing his customers with reasonably priced northern Italian cooking. The chicken maximo---sautéed chicken, shallots, asparagus, mushrooms and mozzarella with a splash of marinara---or veal and shrimp sautéed with mushrooms and mozzarella in a light wine sauce are filling Italian comfort foods. Seafood, steaks, pasta dishes and specials can be topped off with tiramisu, or choose from an ever-changing selections of cakes, and occasionally, tartufo.
